NEW CARROLLTON IRS FEDERAL BUILDING

TEI was contracted to renovate the 6th and 7th floor C wing of the IRS building approx. 70,000 square feet.
The work consisted of modifications to HVAC system, under floor wiring distribution and changes to the power distribution system. The floors are an open style which required significant changes to office walls and other reconfigurations.
New white noise system was installed as well as new carpeting and painting was completed through the entire area.
